North American Electric Reliability Corporation, or NERC, was slapped with an employment lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by The Reddy Law Firm on behalf of former senior engineer Carter B. Edge, alleges employment discrimination on the basis of age. Alston & Bird represents the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04783, Edge v. North American Electric Reliability Corporation.
