Archer Daniels Midland, the agricultural and commodities trading company, and American River Transportation Co. LLC were sued Friday in Kentucky Western District Court for personal injury claims arising from a marine vessel collision. The lawsuit was brought by Edwards & Kautz, PLLC on behalf of Melissa Eckles. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 5:21-cv-00046, Eckles v. Archer-Daniels-Midland Company et al.
