Auto-Owners Insurance was hit with an insurance coverage lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action was brought by Glover & Davis on behalf of Taylor B. Drake. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 3:21-cv-00170, Drake v. Auto-Owners Insurance Company.
