Counsel at Littler Mendelson on Friday removed a lawsuit against Keurig Dr Pepper subsidiary Mott's, the juice brand, to Pennsylvania Eastern District Court. The complaint, over alleged disability-based employment discrimination, was filed by Swartz Swidler LLC on behalf of Ernest Dow. The case is 2:22-cv-05017, Dow v. Mott's LLP.
