Melissa Murphy Weber of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has entered an appearance for cannabis store TerraVida Holistic Centers and its CEO, Christine Visco, in a pending wage-and-hour lawsuit. The case was filed June 28 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by the law offices of Jeffrey P. Hoyle on behalf of Frank Donato, who alleges that his job title caused him to be misclassified and not receive overtime pay. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Cynthia M. Rufe, is 2:21-cv-02870, Donato v. TerraVida Holistic Centers LLC et al.
