Carnival, the international cruise line headquartered in Florida, was slapped with a lawsuit Monday in Florida Southern District Court for alleged sexual assault. The suit was filed by Nunez Law and Notari Law on behalf of parents who allege that their 17-year-old son was assaulted by a cruise ship employee. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-20684, Doe et al v. Carnival Corporation.
