Lawyers at Dinsmore & Shohl on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Portfolio Recovery Associates to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, was filed by the Carlisle Law Firm on behalf of Danny Dodd. The case is 1:21-cv-05297, Dodd v. Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC.
