Danielle Banks, Mark E. Chopko and Melissa L. Perry of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young have stepped in to defend the American Association of University Women in a pending civil rights lawsuit. The complaint, filed June 20 in the District of Columbia District Court by Consovoy McCarthy PLLC on behalf of anti-woke medical group Do No Harm, accuses the defendant of discrimination against White women. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Loren L. Alikhan, is 1:24-cv-01782, Do No Harm v. American Association Of University Women.
