Google was sued Wednesday in Florida Southern District Court by DJ Lincoln Enterprises Inc., the operator of a web portal for senior care. The suit, filed by attorneys John C. Smith and Steven S. Biss, pursues civil RICO claims against Google in connection with alleged viewpoint discrimination. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2:20-cv-14159, DJ Lincoln Enterprises, Inc. v. Google, LLC.
