Hershey, the American chocolate company, and Kristy Umberger were sued Tuesday in Pennsylvania Middle District Court over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The court action was filed by Donham Law on behalf of Velibor Divkovic. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-01947, Divkovic v. The Hershey Company et al.
