Clayton Gregersen of Crowley Fleck has entered an appearance for Sibanye Stillwater Ltd. and Stillwater Mining Co. in a pending wrongful death lawsuit. The complaint was filed June 25 in Montana District Court by Hoyt & Blewett on behalf of a miner who sustained deadly injuries after his clothing became entangled while exiting a steel mine. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Susan P. Watters, is 1:24-cv-00077, Dinger v. Sibanye Stillwater Limited et al.
