Morgan, Lewis & Bockius partner Brendan T. Killeen has entered an appearance for G2 Secure Staffing in a pending collective employment action. The suit was filed Nov. 13 in New York Eastern District Court by the Pechman Law Group on behalf of cleaners and guides at New York's LaGuardia Airport who contend that they qualify as 'manual workers' and are therefore entitled to weekly paychecks under the New York Labor Law. The case, assigned to U.S. Magistrate Judge Peggy Kuo, is 1:23-cv-08422, Diaz v. G2 Secure Staffing, L.L.C.
