Lawyers at Littler Mendelson on Wednesday removed an employment lawsuit against Compass Group, a UK food services company, to New Jersey District Court. The complaint was filed by Savo Schalk on behalf of a former employee who alleges he was wrongfully terminated after contracted COVID-19. The case is 1:21-cv-18183, Desimone v. Compass Group.
