Attorneys at Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers on Tuesday removed a lawsuit against Auto-Owners Insurance and other defendants to Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision, was filed by the Cochran Law Firm on behalf of Dianna L. Dennis. The case is 1:22-cv-00299, Dennis v. Ars Logistics, LLC et al.
