Delek US Holdings, an energy refining business with a network of convenience stores, sued the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Friday in District of Columbia District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Sidley Austin, seeks to compel the agency to respond to four petitions for small refinery hardship exemptions filed in November of 2019. The case is 1:21-cv-02223, Delek US Holdings, Inc. v. Regan et al.
