Health insurance agency MultiPlan Corp. and its board of directors were hit with a shareholder derivative class action Wednesday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The court case, filed by Andrews & Springer; Fields Kupka & Shukurov; and Kaskela Law, seeks a declaration that the company's 2022 and 2023 annual meetings of MultiPlan stockholders were held in violation of Delaware law and that all actions taken at the meetings are invalid.
