The aviation entrepreneur who sued Dechert over hacking allegations has accepted the international law firm's $15 million offer to settle the portion of their dispute playing out in London, his spokesperson said Friday. In a statement regarding the settlement, a spokesperson for Farhad Azima maintained Dechert played a leading role in the alleged hacking and that Azima will continue to prosecute the litigation playing out in the U.S.
