Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has advised Banco Santander, Citigroup and Itau BBA in connection with the underwriting of a bond offering valued at 2.1 trillion Chilean peso ($2.2 billion). The offering was announced Aug. 1 by the Republic of Chile. The Cleary Gottlieb team included partners Matthew Brigham and Jorge Juantorena. The notes come due 2033.
