Steward Health Care has agreed to sell certain Massachusetts-based hospitals to Lifespan and Lawrence General Hospital. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dallas-based Steward was represented by Weil, Gotshal & Manges and McDermott Will & Emery. Counsel information for Lifespan and Lawrence General were not immediately available.
