Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc., a provider of innovative water management solutions in the stormwater and onsite septic wastewater industries, has agreed to acquire Orenco Systems Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. Hilliard, Ohio-based Advanced Drainage was advised by Squire Patton Boggs. Orenco, which is based in Sutherlin, Oregon, was represented by Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg.
