Depot Connect International has agreed to sell all of its the tank truck assets to Groendyke Transport in a deal guided by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and the Scudder Law Firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Depot Connect was represented by a Simpson Thacher team including partner Shamus Crosby. Groendyke Transport, which is based in Enid, Oklahoma, was advised by Scudder Law.
