Private equity firm Godspeed Capital Management, through its data analytics platform, Crimson Phoenix has acquired TekMasters and Seaford Consulting in a deal guided by Latham & Watkins. Financial terms were not disclosed. Washington-based Godspeed Capital was advised by Latham & Watkins. Counsel information for TekMasters and Seaford was not immediately available.
