Greenphire, a provider in software solutions for streamlining clinical trials, announces the acquisition of Clincierge, a premier provider of concierge travel and logistics support for patients participating in clinical trials. Financial terms were not disclosed. King of Prussia, Pennsylvania-based Greenphire was advised by Morris, Manning & Martin. Clincierge, which is based in Philadelphia, was represented by Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young.
