Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has received an exchange offer from Choice Hotels International, owner and operator of the Radisson Hotels, to acquire the hotel franchisor in a deal guided by Willkie Farr & Gallagher. The exchange offer and withdrawal rights are scheduled to expire on March 8, 2024. Rockville, Maryland-based Choice Hotels was advised by Axinn Veltrop Harkrider and a Willkie Farr & Gallagher team led by partners Adam Turteltaub and Danielle Scalzo. Counsel information for Wyndham Hotels, which is based in Parsippany, New Jersey, was not immediately available.
