The Rise Fund and alternative investment firm Investcorp have agreed to acquire a majority interest in the Outcomes First Group, a residential services center that provides care to neurodivergent children, from Stirling Square Capital Partners. Ropes & Gray and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher served as legal counsel to the Rise Fund and Investcorp, respectively. United Kingdom-based Stirling Square was represented by Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and Milbank. DLA Piper guided the management team.
