Hightop Health has agreed to acquire mental health clinic Roots Behavioral Health in a deal guided by Polsinelli. Financial terms were not disclosed. Atlanta-based Hightop Health was advised by Polsinelli. Counsel information for Roots Behavioral, which is based in Austin, Texas, was not immediately available.
