Stanley Martin Homes announced on Sept. 9 that it has agreed to acquire all homebuilding assets and operations of builder Avex Homes. Financial terms were not disclosed. Reston, Virginia-based Stanley Martin Homes is advised by a Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison team that includes partners Jeffrey Marell and Cullen Sinclair. Counsel information for Orlando, Florida-based Avex was not immediately available.
