Clifford Chance has advised funds managed by BlackRock Financial Management Inc. in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at $220 million. The issuance was announced Dec. 7 by Toronto-based real estate developer Freed Corp. The Clifford Chace team was led by partner Andrew Young.
