OCI Global has agreed to sell its entire equity stake in Fertiglobe plc, a fertilizer manufacturer, distributer and exporter, to Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. for a total consideration of approximately $3.6 billion. The Netherlands-based OCI Global was represented by a Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton team including partners Gamal Abouali, Lynn Ammar, Julian Sanner and Richard Sultman. Counsel information for Abu Dhabi National was not immediately available.
