EvoAir Holdings Inc., a green technology-focused heating, ventilation and air conditioning manufacturer, registered with the SEC on Nov. 28 for an initial public offering. The size of the IPO has not been announced. The Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based company is advised by Sherman & Howard and Loeb & Loeb. The team includes Loeb & Loeb partner Lawrence Venick. The underwriters, led by Network 1 Financial Securities Inc., are represented by Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith partners Daniel Eng and John Yung.
