Private equity and investment advisory firm CVC Capital Partners has secured $6.8 billion after announcing the close of its sixth Asia fund, CVC Capital Partners Asia VI. Luxembourg-based CVC Capital was advised by a Simpson Thacher & Bartlett team led by London-based partners Gareth Earl and Daniel Lloyd.
