Kindeva Drug Delivery has acquired Summit Biosciences Inc., a contract company for the development and production of intranasal medications. Financial terms were not disclosed. Woodbury, Minnesota-based Kindeva Drug Delivery was advised by Kirkland & Ellis. Summit Biosciences, which is based in Lexington, Kentucky, was represented by Frost Brown Todd.
