Davis Polk & Wardwell has advised the initial purchasers in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $150 million. The issuance was announced Aug. 28 by Jacksonville, Florida-based EverBank Financial Corp. The Davis Polk team included partners David Portilla, Pritesh Shah, Patrick Sigmon and Shane Tintle. The notes come due 2034.
