Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz has guided Mudrick Capital Management in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $206 million. The issuance was announced Jan. 2 by New York-based fuboTV, a sports-first live TV streaming platform. The Wachtell Lipton team was led by partners Joshua A. Feltman and Victor Goldfeld.
