TowerBrook Capital has agreed to acquire CBTS, a leading North American provider of IT solutions and services, from altafiber. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based TowerBrook Capital was advised by a Sidley Austin team that included partners Kelly Dybala, Grace Jamgochian and Brien Wassner. Altafiber was represented by a Cravath, Swaine & Moore team led by partners partners Robert I. Townsend III and O. Keith Hallam III.
