HMH Holding Inc., a provider of drilling equipment and services owned by Baker Hughes and Norway-based Akastor, filed with the SEC on Aug. 12 to list its shares on the Nasdaq. The size of the IPO has not been announced. The Houston-based company was advised by Baker Botts partners Joshua Davidson and James Marshall. The underwriters, led by Evercore and J.P. Morgan Chase, were represented by Latham & Watkins partners Nick Dhesi and Ryan Maierson. Baker Hughes was advised by King & Spalding. Akastor was counseled by Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
