Investment funds managed by KKR & Co. have acquired fire and life safety equipment manufacturer Potter Global Technologies from Gryphon Investors. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based KKR was advised by Baker McKenzie. Counsel information for Potter Global was not immediately available.
