Private investment firm Fremont Private Holdings announced that it has acquired Hunter Truck, a commercial truck dealership group, in a deal guided by Goodwin Procter and Evans Petree PC. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based Fremont was advised by Goodwin Procter. Hunter Truck, which is based in Butler, Pennsylvania, was represented by an Evans Petree team.
