Foley & Lardner represented Covalon Technologies Ltd., a health care product manufacturing company, in the sale of its AquaGuard product line to TIDI Products for $30 million. The Foley team was led by partners Christopher Cain, Tricia Schulz, Jamie Class and Nicholas Lagerwall. Counsel information was not immediately available for Wisconsin-based TIDI Products.
