Private equity firm TA Associates announced that it has sold InCorp Global to Hillhouse Investment. Financial services were not disclosed. TA Associates was represented by a Baker McKenzie team including partners Theodore Heng and Andrew Martin. Counsel information for Hillhouse Investment, which is based in Singapore, was not immediately available.
