Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher has guided a wholly-owned subsidiary of USD Partners LP in connection with the sale of the West Colton rail terminal to a private buyer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Gibson Dunn corporate team included partners Tull Florey and Hillary Holmes.
