Enterprise Products Partners has agreed to acquire Pinon Midstream from Black Bay Energy Capital for $950 million in cash. The transaction, announced Aug. 21, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Houston-based Enterprise Products was advised by Sidley Austin and Locke Lord. The Locke Lord team was led by Houston-based partners Joe Perillo, Rachel Fitzgerald and Terry Radney. Pinon Midstream was represented by a Kirkland & Ellis team led by corporate partners Bill Benitez and Alec Manzer.
