An affiliate of Targa Resources Corp. and WhiteWater announced the establishment of a partnership on Wednesday to move forward with the construction of the Blackcomb Pipeline. The partnership has secured transportation agreements with Devon Energy, Diamondback Energy, Marathon Petroleum Corp. and Targa Resources. Austin, Texas-based WhiteWater was counseled by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett partners Adam Arikat, Shamus Crosby, Breen Haire and Katy Lukaszewski. Counsel information for Targa Resources, which is based in Houston, was not immediately available.
