Khosla Ventures, together with Inspired Capital and others have placed an equity investment in single-family rental platform Mainstay Labs. Concurrently, Mainstay announced that it has separated from Opendoor Technologies Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed. San Francisco-based Opendoor was advised by a Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz team led by partner Raaj S. Narayan. Counsel information for Mainstay Labs was not immediately available.
