Quest Diagnostics has agreed to acquire select assets of University Hospitals' outreach laboratory services business. The transaction, announced Aug. 21, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. Secaucus, New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics was advised by a Dechert team led by corporate partner Michael Darby. Counsel information for University Hospitals was not immediately available.
