Accel-KKR has agreed to acquire Accertify from American Express in a deal guided by Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Kirkland & Ellis. Financial terms were not disclosed. Accel-KKR was advised by a Kirkland team that included partners Rachel Cantor, Steven Cantor, Matthew Darch, Shelly Hirschtritt and John Wilkes. American Express was represented by Cleary Gottlieb.
