Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has guided Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, Goldman Sachs Group, HSBC Holdings and Morgan Stanley in the underwriting of a debt offering valued at $900 million. The issuance was announced Jan. 3 by Mexico City-based bank BBVA Mexico. The Cleary Gottlieb team included partner Manuel Silva. The notes come due 2039.
