REV Group Inc. has agreed to sell its school bus business, Collins Bus Corporation, to Forest River Bus for $303 million in a deal guided by Ropes & Gray. REV was represented by a Ropes & Gray team led by partner Bob Rivollier. Counsel information for Forest River Bus was not immediately available.
