Franklin BSP Capital Corp. announced that it has completed its merger with Franklin BSP Lending Corp. in a deal guided by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; Sullivan & Worcester; and Dechert. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based Franklin BSP was represented by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Dechert. The Simpson Thacher team included partners Rajib Chanda, Jonathan Corsico, Steven Grigoriou, Russell Light and Jennifer Nadborny. Sullivan & Worcester acted as legal counsel to the special committee of FBCC and FBLC.
