Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has guided the conflicts committee of the board of directors of Capital Product Partners LP in connection with the conversion of CPLP from a limited partnership to a corporation. Concurrently, CPLP entered an umbrella agreement with Capital Maritime & Trading Corp. The Fried Frank team included partners Andrea Gede-Lange and Philip Richter. Capital Maritime, which is based in Piraeus, Greece, was advised by Sullivan & Cromwell.
